Agility Bits Policy

At Agility Bits I am committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of all visitors to the web site. In particular, I want you to know that Agility Bits is not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes.  On some pages there are forms that don't collect any personal information at all, for example adding to the dog names list.

In this Privacy Policy, Iíve provided detailed information on when and why I collect personal information, how I use it, the limited conditions under which I may disclose it to others, and how I keep it secure.

I take your privacy seriously and take measures to provide all visitors and users of Agility Bits with a safe and secure environment.

Cookies

Agility Bits does not use cookies, however if you follow any of the links on the site you may land on a website that does use cookies.

Google Analytics

When someone visits Agility Bits I use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. I do this to track things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site and interactions with the site. This information is processed in a way which does not identify anyone. It's just giving me a few statistics that say things like 'x number of visitors came to your site today.' I do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of visitors to our website.

Website Comments

When someone visits Agility Bits , there may be an ability to submit comments on particular articles or pages.  When comments are submitted, you are entitled to use aliases or information that completely hides your identity. If you send me a comment via email your name and email address will live in my inbox for a while until such time as it may be deleted.  No-one else will see your  details.  If I want to publish your comment I will ask for your permission and for permission to publish your name.  You don't have to give permission.  Just say you'd rather it wasn't published.  Your email address will not be disclosed to anyone.
If you submit a comment via a web form any details that you give will reach me in an email and any details such as an email address that you provide will not be disclosed to anyone else.  If you are sending a comment for publication on the website I may publish the name or alias you have given me and your comment.  I do not verify information entered nor do I require verification.  You can rest assured, I will never pass email addresses on to anyone else.

Access to Your Personal Information

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that I hold.  Email your request to me at pat@agilitybits.co.uk and I will work with you to remove any of your personal data I may have.

Changes to My Privacy Policy

I may make changes to the Privacy Policy in the future, however, the most current version of the policy will govern my processing of your personal data and will always be available to you.

If I make a change to this policy that, in my sole discretion, is material, I will notify you by an update or email, where possible. By continuing to access or use my services, you agree to be bound to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Best wishes

Pat
