eat more, wine often comes into it. Load rock music seems to help for me, and sometimes I go for a run.

I've been in a bad mood since Friday when I had a family meeting where my brother made it clear he didn't want anything to do with me at all, for really spurious reasons.

Thanks Rob! Thumbs up That's almost good enough to make me feel better....unlike Jules who just adds to the stress (My lunch was very healthy Jules - smoked salmon, then mackerel with gooseberry sauce - it went downhill after that..... Sad )

Actually the air was so cold this morning that when I'd been for a run I couldn't stop coughing. It didn't feel as if it had done much good.

All of the above!!!

I run 3 or 4 times a week and always feel great after.

Dog cuddles and games always de stress me.

Chocolate and wine or a few Bacardis works too!!

By the time I have been for a run, played with 6 dogs, eating lots of chocolate and drunk a few glasses I haven't got the time to be stressed............or perhaps I am just to drunk to care! Hysterical laughter drunk

It seems that all I needed was a decent night's sleep! Much brighter today!! Thumbs up
I used to run with one of my dogs, but these days it jars the 5 damaged discs in my spine, so I have to rely on comfort food instead. Mr. Green

Now if you would have asked 18 months ago I would have said a cigarette and a cup of tea. But I'd have to say now a good walk and some peace and quiet some time to reflect. Mr. Green
